You will need to rotate the image and zoom in on the center in order to get the same view as is in the picture above. The circular bands that form the object are going off toward infinity (though we only show a finite number of them and only finitely large), so when your VRML viewer scales the object so that it is all visible, the central area becomes quite small. The larger circles are quite jagged, due to the finite approximation being used.
